Ch. Ishwar Singh Kanya Mahavidyalaya was born out of the noble vision of Ch. Ishwar Singh ji in 1984. At a time when Fatehpur Pundri and the surrounding regions of Kaithal lacked dedicated avenues for higher education for women, he recognized a fundamental truth: no society can progress if its women remain uneducated. His foresight turned a small township's dream into a reality, creating a sanctuary where young women could find their voice and their strength.
